What kind of tasks will you be responsible for?
Quality Management: Ensuring and monitoring the consistently high quality of landscaping services provided to clients.
Operational Management: Performing work organization tasks; providing professional support to, motivating, and managing subordinates on a day-to-day basis.
Deadline Management: Strict adherence to and enforcement of deadlines in the interest of efficiency.
Decision-making process: Contributing to the development of strategic and operational recommendations.
(brainstorming, background calculations, organizational optimization) for management.
Security and Administration: The precise performance of administrative tasks related to the position, as well as full compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and accident prevention regulations.
Technology Oversight: Confident knowledge of and operation of small gardening equipment, and supervision of its proper use.
