What kind of tasks will you be responsible for?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Quality Management:<\/strong> Ensuring and monitoring the consistently high quality of landscaping services provided to clients.
Operational Management:<\/strong> Performing work organization tasks; providing professional support to, motivating, and managing subordinates on a day-to-day basis.
Deadline Management:<\/strong> Strict adherence to and enforcement of deadlines in the interest of efficiency.
Decision-making process:<\/strong> Contributing to the development of strategic and operational recommendations.
(brainstorming, background calculations, organizational optimization) for management.
Security and Administration:<\/strong> The precise performance of administrative tasks related to the position, as well as full compliance with occupational safety, fire safety, and accident prevention regulations.
Technology Oversight:<\/strong> Confident knowledge of and operation of small gardening equipment, and supervision of its proper use.<\/p>

Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>
  • A colleague who has professional experience and at least a high school diploma.<\/li>
  • Someone who has a knack not only for plants but also for people: she treats her coworkers with empathy and care.<\/li>

  • Anyone who has a Category B driver's license and their own car (which, unfortunately, is essential for this job).<\/li>
