A Quality policy <\/strong>sets out the overall intentions and policies of an organisation in relation to quality, providing the basis for the operation of the quality management system and a commitment to continuous improvement. This document reflects management's commitment to customer satisfaction, continuous improvement in the quality of products and services, and compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.<\/p>

For modern organisations, the development and consistent application of a quality policy is essential to remain competitive and sustainable. As proof of this already in 1999<\/strong> successfully implemented and audited the quality management system according to MSZ EN ISO 9002:1996. In the spirit of continuous improvement and alignment with new standards, we have revised our system and are currently MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 <\/strong>we operate according to the requirements of the system.<\/p>

The primary objective of implementing our quality management system is to provide our customers with high quality services and products<\/strong> to provide the basis for the long-term business relationships<\/strong>. To this end, we pay particular attention to minimising or eliminating errors and potential errors. In addition, it is of strategic importance for us to continuous training and education of our professional staff<\/strong>, ensuring the highest level of professional knowledge and competence.<\/p>

From ISO 9001:2015<\/strong> sets out the requirements for quality management systems. It focuses on understanding and meeting customer needs, efficient process management, risk and opportunity-based thinking and continuous improvement. Applying the standard helps organisations to consistently deliver high quality products and services, increase customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.<\/p>

From ISO 14001:2015<\/strong> contains requirements for environmental management systems. It aims to help organisations improve their environmental performance, prevent pollution, comply with legal obligations and promote sustainable development. The application of the standard will enable the identification and management of environmental impacts, the more efficient use of natural resources and the raising of environmental awareness in the organisation.<\/p>

In an integrated approach, our quality policy incorporates the principles of both standards, emphasising our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility and sustainability. In this way, the organisation not only focuses on the quality of its products and services, but also actively contributes to protecting the environment and creating a liveable world for future generations. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
