Expectations of the job:
- Education and training required by Annex 1 of Government Decree 327/2012 (XI. 16.).
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel.
- Responsibility, ability to work independently.
- Confident, effective communication, empathetic attitude.
- Stress tolerance.
An advantage, but not a requirement:
- Assistance for people with reduced working capacity or disadvantaged persons
knowledge of its network and support possibilities.
Tasks:
- 327/2012 (XI. 16.) of the Government Decree, and the tasks set out in § 13 of this Decree, and
company-specific application of tasks. - Liaising with the company's rehabilitation and employment department.
- Liaising with the rehabilitation authority.
- Preparing personal rehabilitation plans for workers.
- Document mentoring work according to the regulation and the company's own internal system.
The duration and nature of the legal relationship:
- Permanent part-time (4-6 hours per day) contract with 3 months probationary period.
- One shift work.
